Chandlar Glassett

Owner & Principal Designer

Chandlar earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Art Institute of Salt Lake City, where her passion for creating stunning, personalized spaces truly took off. After graduation, she honed her skills working with several high-end design firms, building an impressive portfolio and sharpening her craft. But Chandlar always dreamed of starting her own firm—and in 2019, that dream became a reality when she founded Chandlar Glassett Interiors with the support of her husband, Cody.

What started as a one-woman show quickly blossomed into Glass House Collective, a thriving full-service interior design business. The name is not only a nod to her own name, but also a celebration of the teamwork it takes to design beautiful, functional spaces that truly feel like home.

Chandlar’s design philosophy is rooted in creating spaces that feel timeless yet fresh, comfortable yet sophisticated. She gravitates toward a transitional style, artfully blending traditional elements like panel moulding and beautiful draperies with modern touches, such as bold light fixtures or statement chairs. Her designs are layered, inviting, and never “stuffy,” striking the perfect balance between livable comfort and polished style.

Known for her thoughtful approach, Chandlar tailors each project to reflect her clients’ unique energies, needs, and lifestyles. Her goal is to ensure every space feels like it was designed specifically for the people living there—not for her. She loves incorporating natural materials and adding personality with funky patterned tiles, textiles, or wallpaper. While she embraces trends selectively, Chandlar encourages her clients to focus on what they truly love. She helps refine their preferences into spaces that feel current and enduring—never overly trendy or outlandish. Her clients appreciate that her designs are full of personality, avoiding the monotony of all-white spaces while maintaining timeless appeal.

When she’s not designing dream spaces, Chandlar loves spending time with her husband, their two adorable sons, and their playful Miniature Australian Shepherd, Ace. Whether she’s growing her family or her business, Chandlar is all about creating a life—and spaces—that feel joyful, personal, and uniquely hers.

Alexa Naylor

Designer

Alexa graduated from the Art Institute of Salt Lake City with a Bachelor Degree in fine arts. After graduation Alexa worked for several high-end residential firms specializing in custom furniture design. What she loves most about design is that it can evoke emotion. Interior design uses all the design elements to make you feel a certain way in a space. Every element needs to speak to each other to create something unique.

Alexa currently runs a small business, Concrete & Copper Co., with her husband. Where they create custom concrete decor and planters. In her free time she loves to go on family adventures with her husband Josh, son Jackson, and pitbull Luka.

Jayci Prettyman

Designer

After completing her first Bachelor's of Science and working various retail and customer service jobs, Jayci found her passion for interior design through DIY projects for herself and her family. She quickly secured an internship with a notable Utah designer, which gave Jayci an invaluable inside perspective on the industry, and solidified her decision to go back to school to pursue a degree in interior design.

Jayci met Chandlar after three years of working as an interior designer and fell in love with the company, Glass House Collective. She found a new sense of creativity and passion from her co-workers and became excited to learn and collaborate with two very talented designers and business women.

Regardless of what space she is creating, Jayci defines good design as a space that not only looks amazing, but also functions well for the people using the space. Jayci says that the most rewarding part of her job is exceeding her clients' expectations and hearing how much they love their new spaces. She collaborates with clients to ensure their spaces not only meet their personal needs but also reflect their unique personalities.

Jayci continues to use her design knowledge and DIY skills for her own projects at home—refinishing furniture, painting, wallpapering, and using the occasional power tool. When she's not creating, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading a good mystery novel or inspirational memoir, and finding design inspiration from her travels.
